| June 3, 2004 Thursday It's been a long day, but we just wanted to update that things are really unchanged. Besides a few new areas, her pain seems well controlled overall. We spoke with the radiation-oncologist today and we will take Paige in for radiation to both wrists and left groin where she's been complaining on more pain. Over the last 24 hours she started complaining of pain in her left jaw and that's when when noticed an enlarged area there also. We'll see if Dr. Akl feels radiation to that area will be an option also. Besides sleeping a bit more there is really nothing new. We spent a lot of time outside today - she loves swinging in the hammock in the backyard and watching the birds. At night we all look forward to the nightly ritual of Paige and her friend Jackie saying good night to each other by blinking their porch lights on and off - it's just too cute.
